This Lime Jello salad seemed to pop up at Christmas and Easter dinners at my house. It was a dessert and a side dish all at the same time! It is a very simple recipe, but I still did not manage to nail it absolutely perfectly. Mine was a little runny. I managed to find Bubba’s Jello mold and use it. I remember Bubba’s Jello salad being very defined and firm. The star on the top of Bubba’s was always perfect. Mine, not so much. A tasty side dish.
